PRODUCT PERSONALISATION
Estre is a manufacturer of custom-made furniture. Each product is made to order based on the specific personalisation options selected by the customer.

We procure raw materials such as fabric, leather, textiles, and accessories in accordance with your chosen customisations. While we work only with credible and verified vendors, there may occasionally be delays in sourcing certain raw materials, particularly those that are imported. In such instances, there could be a delay of a few days in the delivery of your product(s).

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

We make every effort to source the required materials promptly and will keep you informed in case of any supply-related delays. You are welcome to suggest alternative materials if specific components are unavailable or delayed.

Please note that there may be slight variations in fabric or leather or variation or colour textures or grains as compared to the samples or catalogue, owing to batch-wise differences from the vendor. These variations are natural and not considered a defect.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
The final product may differ slightly from the rendered images shown on our website. This can be due to differences in fabrics, mechanisms, rendered edits or other customisation choices made by you during the ordering process.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
The standard estimated delivery timeline is between 30 to 45 days from the date of order placement, unless otherwise communicated in writing by the Estre Store Manager. In rare instances, an unusual delivery delay of up to 20 days may occur depending on the supply of raw materials.

ORDER PROCESSING
An advance payment of 50% to 75% of the total order value is required immediately at the time of placing the order, depending on the nature of the product.
For specially customised orders, 100% advance payment may be required.
Order processing will commence only after the advance amount has been received and confirmed. For EMI transactions, cancellations are not permitted, and any unforeseen costs will be borne by the client.

ORDER PAYMENTS & RECEIPTS

Orders for which advance payments are made via cheque, demand draft, credit card, or digital payment methods will be processed only upon realisation of the payment into the official bank account of Estre Global Pvt Ltd.

The advance received will be clearly mentioned in the Sale Order, which will also reflect the balance amount payable at the time of dispatch or completion of the product. 100% of the payment must be collected before dispatch.

For every subsequent payment, an official receipt will be issued by Estre Global Pvt Ltd.

All payments must be made only in the name of Estre Global Pvt Ltd through authorised methods such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Net Banking, NEFT, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.

The company is not responsible for any payments made to individual accounts of employees or third parties claiming to represent Estre. Please ensure all transactions are directed to the company’s official payment channels only.

ORDER CANCELLATION & ALTERATIONS

We typically initiate the procurement of personalised raw materials (such as fabric, leather, accessories, etc.) within 24 hours of order placement. Therefore, once procurement has been initiated, orders cannot be cancelled.

Advance payments will be forfeited if an order is cancelled after 24 hours from the time of placement, as materials may already be procured or production scheduled. Additionally, any costs incurred by Estre due to such cancellations shall be payable by the customer.

Changes or alterations to the order are only permitted within the first 24 hours from the time of order placement. Once material procurement has begun, no changes or modifications can be accepted.

Estre Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, the advance payment collected will be fully refunded.

Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Delivery charges are included in the invoice for deliveries within a radius of 25  km. For any delivery beyond this radius, additional charges will apply and must be paid prior to dispatch.

The invoice value includes delivery up to the any floor of the building (with lift access). For deliveries beyond the second floor, an additional charge of ₹200 per product per floor will be applicable and must be cleared before delivery.

Products will be dispatched only after 100% of the payment has been received and confirmed.

In the case of large or bulk orders, items may be dispatched in 2–3 separate installments, depending on product readiness.

Delivery timelines may be affected by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural calamities, extreme weather, pandemics, floods, strikes, electricity outages, lockdowns, and other circumstances beyond the control of Estre Global Pvt Ltd.

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the product thoroughly and confirm receipt by signing the delivery acknowledgment. While we maintain strict quality control, any manufacturing defect, transit damage, or other issues must be reported to Estre within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery will be made to the address agreed upon at the time of order placement. Estre is not liable for any damage or breakage of the product once it has been delivered to the designated location.

PRODUCT HOLDING & STORAGE
Estre can hold your finished product(s) in storage for a maximum of 15 days from the date of readiness.

After this grace period, a storage fee of ₹200  per day will be applicable and must be cleared before dispatch.

WARRANTY
Estre guarantees that all products sold are new and free from defects in workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of delivery and covers repair, replacement of parts, at the sole discretion of Estre.

For products containing personalised materials such as fabrics, leather, and mechanisms, Estre will extend the warranty provided by the respective vendors.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

JURISDICTION
All disputes arising out of or related to this Sale Order shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
