  1. Warranty Coverage

Estre Global Private Limited ("Estre") provides a warranty for its furniture products, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and specific coverage details will be provided at the time of purchase and will be included in the product documentation.

  1. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or damage caused by exposure to sunlight or other environmental conditions.
  • Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance, including failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
  • Damage resulting from alterations, modifications, or customizations made by the customer or third parties.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, burns, or damage caused by pets.
  • Products used for commercial, institutional, or non-residential purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Any special or additional customization requested by the customer beyond standard specifications.
  1. Warranty Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Contact our customer care within the warranty period, providing a detailed description of the issue and evidence such as photographs or videos.
  • Provide proof of purchase, including the original invoice or receipt.
  • Allow our team to inspect the product, either on-site or by returning it to our factory, as determined by us.

If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or provide a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  1. Repair Services

In addition to warranty repairs, we offer repair services for products that are not covered under warranty or are outside the warranty period. The following conditions apply:

  • An inspection may be required to determine the scope of the repair and provide an estimate of the costs.
  • All costs related to the repair, including labor, materials, and delivery charges, will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Repairs will be carried out only upon receipt of the customer's written approval and payment of any required deposit.
  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper care and maintenance of the product, following the care instructions provided.
  • Any additional charges resulting from customer mistakes, including but not limited to incorrect measurements, fabric choices, or customizations.
  • Ensuring that the product is accessible for inspection, repair, or removal, and that the area is safe for our staff to work in.
