Where the money does not go
Estre’s own FAQ says the brand cuts storage and working-capital theatre that marketplace retailers bake into list prices. You still pay for better cloth and electric mechanisms — those are real inputs. Any festive offer is shown against the genuine MRP on each product page.
Compare that path to a ready-made e-commerce sofa that cannot change depth. The constraint is inventory, not your 2BHK. That is the whole argument for made-to-order.
