Measure the wall, then measure the walkway. Estre specialists at Kudlu Gate would rather shrink depth by 2–3 inches than force a showroom-standard seat into a tight Bangalore bay. Typical starting points:

The biggest price driver is the cloth: a 3-seater uses about 12 metres, so moving from about ₹350 to about ₹1,800 a metre adds roughly ₹17,000 on the same frame. Frames use solid pine or neem with engineered ply (commonly 12 mm or 18–22 mm depending on the piece). Cushions start in high-density foam; you can step into latex or memory foam. Recycled PET fibre sheets and recycled fabric boards are part of the standard build story — Estre does not claim teak palaces or Italian marble.

Outstation buyers in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, Mumbai or Pune can still order. Extra logistics apply, and complimentary white-glove installation is a Bangalore promise. Estre does not advertise Delhi-NCR delivery.

Process, money and lead time

Most sofa orders follow a conversation, a size lock, a fabric lock, a 50–70% deposit and a 14–25 day build. Some product pages still print 25–30 days; treat 14–25 days from confirmation as the honest window. Expedite near 7 days is sometimes possible — ask, do not assume.

EMI is available on eligible invoices. Custom-from-your-reference-image work typically adds 15–20%. Because the sofa is cut for you, Estre does not run a trial period or a casual return desk. Company-error returns are the exception, documented on the delivery and returns page.

Mistakes Bangalore buyers make

Ordering a seven-seater because a render looked generous is the common one. The second is ignoring the lift: Estre asks for a service-lift door about 3 × 6 ft and 4 ft width, or stairs wider than 40 inches. Manual carry above the second floor can attract a fixed charge.
