Inside city limits the truck is Estre’s problem and the installers are Estre specialists. Outside, the piece is still made in Kudlu Gate, then handed to a logistics partner. You pay the extra distance. If you will not pay it, Estre will not accept the order — their FAQ is that direct.
Lifts, stairs, upper floors
Service lift door about 3 feet by 6 feet and 4 feet wide. Stairs wider than 40 inches if the lift fails the sofa. Above the second floor without an adequate lift, expect a published fixed carry charge. Measure before you fall in love with a U-shape.
Defects at the door should be flagged immediately — Estre asks for prompt reporting (policy language includes a 48-hour window on some documents). Sign the acknowledgement only after you have looked.
Returns sit next to delivery
Made-to-order means no casual returns. Company-error cases need photos, the order form and a support ticket. Refunds on genuine Estre-fault paths can take time (policy documents mention up to 30 days for some refunds). Read the delivery and return policy before you argue with a driver.

Is Estre delivery free in Bangalore?
Yes. Doorstep delivery inside Bangalore city limits is free, and white-glove installation is complimentary from Estre specialists.
Does Estre deliver to Hyderabad or Mumbai?
Yes, with extra charges. Estre serves South India plus Mumbai and Pune. It does not present Delhi-NCR as a standard service area.
How long until my sofa arrives?
Most custom orders land in 14–25 days. Some can be expedited toward 7 days if the factory agrees.
What if my lift is small?
Estre needs roughly a 3×6 ft lift door and 4 ft width, or stairs over 40 inches. Tight upper floors may incur a fixed carry fee.
Who installs outside Bangalore?
Complimentary in-house white-glove installation is a Bangalore promise. Outstation customers should confirm installation scope before paying freight.
Can I return a delivered custom sofa?
Only if Estre made an error. Change-of-mind returns are not offered on made-to-order pieces.
