Measure both walls, the window mullion, the AC drip line and the rug. Photograph from the entrance, not only from the pretty balcony. If a pooja unit or piano claims a corner, the L has to surrender that corner — do not force symmetry.
Lift and stair rules still apply: the longest member of an L is often the painful one. Estre’s delivery notes (3 × 6 ft lift door, 4 ft width, stairs over 40 inches) matter more on sectionals than on a compact 2-seater.
Price logic and lead time
More modules mean more fabric metres. A 3-seater price does not describe a U-shape. Ask for a module-wise quote. Lead time stays 14–25 days because it is still one factory queue, just a larger cut list. Custom reference-image sectionals can add 15–20%.
