We do not have any products in stock; all products are made to order. Services we offer include re-upholstery services and repair services of products bought from us. Ordering Process Orders can be placed online or offline. A 50% to 70% deposit is required, with special orders requiring 100% payment. An invoice will be processed within 2 working days, and delivery dates are mentioned in the invoice. Payment methods include bank transfers and approved digital payment platforms. Cash payments require prior approval from the sales manager. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, with refunds paid within 48 hours to the original method of payment. Pricing and Payment Terms Prices are inclusive of delivery and taxes. Deposits are required as stated in the order process, and cash payments are not accepted without prior approval. Delivery Delivery charges are included in the invoice or can be added for special trips. Delivery lead time is 1-3 weeks, and exact dates or times cannot be guaranteed.
